1. Introduction
Welcome to QuickShort Utilities, operated by QuickShort Ltd (“QuickShort,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuickShort website at https://quickshort.co.uk, as well as all applications, tools, APIs, AI features, and services offered by QuickShort Ltd (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency (Pixel Popper)
Our game, Pixel Popper, may offer virtual items such as currency ("Gems"), themes, or other cosmetic goods for purchase.
License, Not Ownership: When you purchase virtual items, you are obtaining a limited, non-transferable license to use those items within the game. You do not own them.
All Sales Final: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the Apple App Store.
No Monetary Value: Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside of the Services.
Right to Modify: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate virtual items at our sole discretion, and we shall have no liability to you or any third party for the exercise of such rights.
6. Game Rules and User Conduct (Pixel Popper)
In addition to the general use rules, when playing Pixel Popper, you agree not to:
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game experience.
Manipulate leaderboard scores or disrupt the competitive experience for other players.
Exploit any bug or glitch to gain an unfair advantage.
7. Account Registration and Security
Some Services (e.g., DropPoint, future APIs) may require a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We may suspend accounts suspected of abuse or fraud.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our apps—including logos, code, artwork, interfaces, text, AI models, designs, and branding—is the property of QuickShort Ltd or its licensors, protected under UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not:
Reuse, rehost, or reproduce any proprietary content without written permission.
Resell, sublicense, or white-label our tools without an enterprise license.
Use our trademarks or service names without prior approval.
9. User-Generated Content (UGC)
You may have the opportunity to upload or create content through our platforms (e.g., using DropPoint integrations, AI artwork, mastering tools, or comments). By submitting content, you:
Warrant that you own or have permission to share the content.
Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt the content to deliver the requested functionality.
Acknowledge we may remove content that violates laws, infringes IP, or is harmful.
10. APIs and Third-Party Integrations

YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, SoundCloud, Audius, DistroKid (via DropPoint)
AI engines (e.g., OpenAI)
